Courses at the Chair for Work, Human Resources and Leadership

The courses, lectures and seminars offered at the Chair for Work, Human Resources and Leadership focus on Organizational Behavior due to a behavior-oriented and business-centered perspective. A characteristic feature of the chair, is the close connection between research and practice. This is most notably evident in teaching based on cooperative teaching-learning formats, as well as, integrating company excursions, practical weeks, and simulated scenario experiences into courses.

From this perspective, the chair participates in the scientific education offered by the Institute of Work Science (IAW), as well as, the Bachelor and Master's degree programs in the Faculty of Management and Economics. At the IAW, the business management modules are integrated into the Master of Organizational Management, while the Faculty of Management and Economics sharpens the interdisciplinary profile in the management education.
